Format will be Legacy.
This tournament will run at Competative REL and decklists will be required.

Tournament will be swiss play with cut to top 8.

Prizes
1st - Unl. Black Lotus
2nd - Unl. Mox Pearl [WP]
3rd-4th - $100 cash
5th-8th - $50 cash

Directions to the caollage: from the 401, take the Simcoe North Exit in Oshawa, its about a 15 minute drive from the highway.

By public transit: to arrive on time, try to catch the GO train leaving Union station at 9:10am. From the Oshawa GO station, take the 420 UOIT/Collage bus right into the collage.

By GO bus, take the 95 bus east. The bus leaving the finch terminal at 9:00 should get you into Oshawa on time. From the oshawa bus terminal, you can catch the 401 Simcoe bus north straight into the collage.

Also by GO bus, take the 94 bus east. The bus leaving Yorkdale at 8:45 should get you into Oshawa on time. From the Oshawa GO station, take the 420 bus right into the collage.

Just A small bump to remind people about this event coming up in March. The event will not be in the same room @the college this time.

I am juggling 2 positions in the college around trying to determine which will be the best. And I will post full directions for everyone as to which room it will be in @the college as soon as I know.

I'm hoping we see a lot of the community out for this event. The Durham Magic Club will also be running booster drafts on the side for boxes of Gate Crash if anyone is interested. We are also hoping to run a few modern or standard side events if we have enough participants interested.

Main event Prize structure of Unlimited Black Lotus & Mox Pearl is guaranteed.

Okay guys, over the weekend I found out due to reasons beyond our control the Durham College/Adminsitration changed our venue location.

61 Charles Street S in the Downtown Core of Oshawa is were the tournament will be held.

The tournament will be held on the second level. I checked out the location yesterday and the space we have is huge. I am sending out messages to people to inform them of the location change if you guys could help get the word out it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and again sorry for the last mind change.

Also The Durham College/UOIT magic club will be running A standard side event @1:30 est. And we will also host side legacy/modern & draft if we have enough people wanting to play. [/url]

What is the parking like there? (Pay, Free, street etc) Also 61 Charles Street South in Oshawa is not on mapquest or google mapes, could you link driving directions please?

Also parking was mentioned we tried getting the college to wave the parking fees in the lots but as far as I know atm the college would not revoke this. However parking downtown is free and there is should be plenty of spaces around the building that can be taken advantage of.
