New Mechanics

Q

This is the big one, and is only fitting that we lead off with it. Q is the Untap symbol.

This is actually a lot easier than it sounds. Q will be some type of symbol, similar to the tap symbol. It simply means that you untap the permanent as a cost. Also worth nothing, from the FAQ section pertaining to the topic, "summoning sickness" applies to untapping as a cost, much like tapping does. Keep in mind, that this will only apply to the untap symbol, and not something that says "Untap a creature you control".

Persist

A permanent, likely a creature, with persist when the creature goes to a graveyard, and has no -1/-1 counters on it, it comes back to play, with one.

Wither

Wither is a damage modifier. It only affects how the appropriate damage would be dealt to creatures.

When a creature with Wither deals damage to a creature, that damage is dealt in the form of -1/-1 counters. This is not a replacement effect. Effects that still trigger off of damage, such as the Lifelink ability, still trigger as damage has been dealt.

Think of it in this respect. When a player has Worship, and a creature in play, and that player is targetted with Urza's Rage w/ Kicker, and is at 10 or less, that player goes to 1. Worship doesn't prevent the damage, just what happens to the life total. This, I suspect, is similar.

Conspire

Cards with Conspire have a self-replicate cost of tapping two creatures you control. This is not unlimited, like Replicate. You only get to do this once per spell with Conspire.
